All orders go through a production process before dispatch.

Production Time: 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and quality checked, it will be shipped for delivery.

We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners:

  • Leopards Courier
  • TCS
  • PostEx

Tracking information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  1. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  1. Failed Deliveries & Re-Dispatch

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to receive the package

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

  1. Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with clear photo or video evidence so we can investigate the issue.
