AlphaSkins.pk provides custom skins, wraps, decals, and related products. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

  1. Products

All products are made according to the model, design, and options selected by the customer.

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.

  1. Orders

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct device model before placing an order.

Orders may not be modified or cancelled once production has started.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Production time is typically 2–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

AlphaSkins.pk is not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

  1. Refunds & Returns

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are non-refundable.

Orders placed with an incorrect device model selected by the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement, or return.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on AlphaSkins.pk, including designs, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and website content, remains the property of AlphaSkins.pk.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

AlphaSkins.pk shall not be responsible for damages arising from improper installation, misuse of products, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be shared with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping partners only when necessary to provide our services.
